4th Amendment

Workplaces

Your Business and Community has Legal Rights.

“Numerous federal agents involved in workplace immigration arrests since January 2025 have failed to identify themselves upon their initial approach or when presenting a warrant signed by a judge.”

According to the Fourth Amendment, law enforcement agents from any agency must present a valid search or arrest warrant, signed by a judge, which specifies the name and address of the individual being investigated. This warrant is necessary before they are permitted to enter a private area of any residence or establishment.

A 4th Amendment Workplace:

Knows federal agents need judicial warrants (not administrative) to enter private areas

Trains staff to assert their constitutional rights during search & seizure operations

Protects all workers, regardless of immigration status

ICE and other federal agencies are creating widespread fear and confusion.

Our workplaces can use simple steps to restore confidence in local businesses as places of refuge.

A 4th Amendment Workplace uses legally vetted protocols to:

✔  Identify invalid ICE warrants
✔  Secure private employee areas
✔ Document unconstitutional actions
✔ Defend all workers, no matter their immigration status

Why

We're fighting back

  • Unconstitutional searches in Alabama and across the U.S. are prompting workers and workplaces to organize for their rights.

  • These arrests disrupt local economies, causing business closures and financial hardships for families.

  • Over 30 million foreign-born workers and 48 million foreign-born consumers contribute significantly to the economy, spending $1.7 trillion and paying $652 billion in taxes.

  • Illegal searches threaten public safety and risk further erosion of Constitutional rights through expanded federal incursions into private lives.
